Payments
We gladly accept payments made through PayPal.
Mailing a Personal Check or Money Order is accepted by contacting Beach View Attic through email only. In this case, Please email us first and instructions will be given; Do Not Order Online. Your Items will be held for 10 days however please note your Order will not be shipped until payment is received AND cleared by your Bank.
Shipping Charges
We ship within the U.S. only using USPS; no International shipping. We use a flat-shipping-charge for all Orders. Items are shipped carefully in a folded box or jewelry box in padded packaging using First Class mail. USPS Priority mail and Insurance is also available as an add-on charge.
Returns
If your Order does not meet your expectations and feel you need to return an item, Return Instructions will be included on your Order Invoice.
Our Return Policy is as follows:
Within 5 days of receipt of your Order, we accept Order returns on undamaged and unworn purchases. Please notify us within the 5 days of Order delivery before returning so we know to expect your package.
Return shipping fee is not refundable and is to be paid by you, the Buyer. We will refund you for items returned in the same good condition in which they were shipped to you by BVA. Your refund will be made through your original payment, via PayPal.
Personal Identifiable Information
Personal information to process your order, we require your name, shipping address, phone number and email address. This information is only used to process your order and to contact you about your order. Since Beach View Attic (BVA) only processes payments via PayPal secure, Beach View Attic never sees or has record of your personal banking, credit card or financial information nor is it stored on our website or computer.
We do no share or sell your personal information to anyone. When BVA receives your personal identifiable information, we may use it just as any non-internet business might for reasonable business purposes; such as contacting you through email or regular mail to provide you with information we may feel be of interest to you. You may contact us at anytime to request your email address be removed from the BVA mailing list.

The information we collect from you during your visit to the BVA site, how we may use it and how we protect your privacy and information which you may provide to us to process your order is strictly adhered to. Our website server is located within the United States and is intended to be used by residents located within the U.S. We will not trade, sell or transfer your personal identifiable information to outside parties.
