Return Policy
If your Order does not meet your expectations and feel you need to return an item, Return Instructions will be included on your Order Invoice. We are always willing to work with you if you are not happy... and we Want happy customers! Please feel free to communicate.
Our Return Policy is as follows
Within 5 days of receipt of your Order, we accept Order returns on undamaged and unworn purchases. The original tags must still be attached for a full Refund. Please notify us within the 5 days of Order delivery before returning so we know to expect your package.
Return shipping fee is not refundable and is to be paid by you, the Buyer. We will refund you for items returned in the same good condition in which they were shipped to you by BVA.
Returns initiated after 5 days of receipt will be issued a Store Credit.
After BVA receives your return Item(s), you will be issued the credit within 3 days, excluding any Add-On charges and shipping. Your refund credit will be made through your original payment, via PayPal.
